Pros

-people are friendly -pay is decent -management is very flexible -you get to walk outside once or twice a day

Cons

-it's definitely an 8am-5pm office grind, you'll feel like a dog being pent up in a cage -some of the management can be a bit snooty, but hey, that's to be expected

Pros

Every day was different, and the work was interesting. Met a lot of interesting pilots from all over the world, and did get to work with a lot of different flight departments. Had some very good rapport with my customers and thoroughly enjoyed working with most of my fellow teammates.

Cons

Management does not see the whole picture when it comes to their workforce. They manage by email, and are handing out constant criticism via this medium. When a report of workplace bullying is made, they take little to no action against the perpatrator. They do not take reports of harrassment seriously; instead they choose to bury their heads in the sand and attack the victim.
