      Employees are miserable because of the horrible managers

      Pros

      There's nothing great about working for a company as miserable as this one.

      Cons

      Employees are miserable because of the awful managers here at Forensic Fluids Laboratories. They're openly hostile to us, and give out insane demands that force us to lose sleep just to meet them. They also like having favorites, and those people get to have it easy. Which just makes it all the more demotivating to work here.

Unfortunately, this review is written with suspiciously vague language that doesn’t provide much of an opportunity for a direct response. There are a lot of generic buzzwords throughout the review, and the wording choices don’t match the internal language used at Forensic Fluids Laboratories.       Do not work here. Management will drive you crazy!

      Pros

      Salary is slightly higher than what other companies offer, but with how miserable you'll be working here, it's simply not worth it.

      Cons

      Management is terrible at their jobs and disrespectful towards employees. Their insane expectations have caused me and a lot of coworkers an endless amount of stress. We're assigned incredibly heavy workloads that force us to work overtime, which results in awful work-life balance. Managers had terrible communication, and instead of fixing that weakness of theirs, they expected employees to read their minds, and when we inevitably failed to do so we were heavily reprimanded.

Sorry to hear that these issues were not resolved at these meetings. We hope you find the right seat and job where you will be happy and thrive.       The favoritism there is sickening coming from grown adults

      I am honestly not sure if there are any pros.

      Cons

      Absolutely hate working here. Back stabbing upper management. No sense of loyalty. Zero aspect of teamwork. It's really about whose butt you kiss and who likes you. Many discriminating practices are being covered up. If you are not the favorite of your leader you have zero professional development. You're just a number at the end of the day. Nothing more.

We value employee loyalty and show our appreciation many ways, including increasing Paid-Time Off increments based on the number of years an employee has been a member of our team. We have weekly Level 10 meetings where all team members work together to discuss issues and solve problems. We also offer anonymous feedback mechanisms for resolution.
