Pros

Employees just bear with toxicity of the managers.

Cons

There's nothing we can do about the negative work atmosphere created by the toxic managers, so all the employees can do is endure this kind of work environment. It's fun at work when you don't encounter the managers. But whenever you have to interact with them, prepare to be verbally abused and harassed.

Thanks for providing feedback. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any type of discrimination, harassment or retaliation. This is specifically detailed in our Employee Handbook. One of our Core Values is “Be Friendly” and we expect all employees, including Leadership, to display this trait. We use a tool from the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) called a People-Analyzer as part of our annual conversations with employees to maintain alignment. We wish you the best of luck in your future career choices. (Review sites like this can be valuable for prospective job seekers, but we encourage the reader to think critically and be wary of comments like this in today’s world of paid Amazon reviews and ChatGPT clones.) This is an unfortunate reality of Glassdoor allowing reviews of a company by anyone, regardless if they have ever worked there.

Pros

Don't expect finding anything even remotely positive about this Forensic Fluids Laboratories. Yours just asking for a bad time.

Cons

There's just so many things that's just wrong about this company: - Managers treat employees terribly - Employees are often blamed for leadership mistakes - Regular weekly meetings are useless and a waste of time - Hard work doesn't matter because of blatant favoritism - Poor pay - Lack of communication - Employees can get fired for any reason out of nowhere - etc...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The regular weekly meetings you reference are a tool specifically meant to promote communication. Your comments are examples of issues that we strive to solve during our Level 10 meetings, Quarterly Planning Sessions, and employee feedback sessions. It takes a team effort to continuously improve an organization. We hope you can find a position where you feel successful. Management Avoids Good Employees!

Pros

When I joined, I thought I would be helping the community. Little did I know I would need help myself after working here.

Cons

The management has a terrible habit of avoiding good employees and focusing on their favorites. If you are about to join the lab, I recommend that you don't stress about it, as these terrible people won't change. I felt awful about the biased behavior in the first few months and then trained my mind to not bother about it.

Thanks for your comments. We expect that all interactions among people in the workplace will be business-like and free of bias, prejudice, and harassment. This expectation is written in our Employee Handbook. We are always working to “Find Better Ways” and improve our organization. We are disappointed you couldn’t find the sense of community you were seeking, but we hope you can find a company that is a better fit for your needs. Good luck!
