Business Outlook
Pros
Form has been one of the coolest places I have ever worked , great people , lots of job options , pay is not bad for the area , PTO is very nice. The Company has lots of perks too! First Thursday Breakfast / Lunch. Form Store to purchase swag.
Cons
Right now the only downside , is the work is slow. We are getting so close to ramping up , This is expected though anytime you are going to mass produce a product you want to make sure all the boxes have been checked.
