•HR associates are rude •young company experiencing growing pains...not enough space for employees, small rooms, desk sharing •job posting might not be true to actual job duties •lacking diversity I cannot speak for other teams at FMG, most of the following feedback is for the military personnel team: •the people in leadership positions are fairly young and inexperienced in how to teach or provide proper guidance •passive aggressive management styles •end of day; they don’t care about you, they care about the money •they advertise career growth, opportunities for professional development...empty promises just to get you on board •try to create and implement training...very basic and not useful •insensitive and unfair to POC •inappropriate client drama
