The culture in departments, everyone in each department gets along with each other

Cons

Pay is not equal. I did a job that was more demanding plus remote, skyrocketed my goals every month - but their title was glorified with less work because they were in branch and because of that make $7-9 dollars more an hour. Completely unfair wages. Also you have to make sure you get everything in writing because they will turn on you and go back on what they said, even with saved messages, denying things they wrote. Managers will also pick favorites and let them get seats with anything while getting mad at other employees for doing the same thing.

Too much smart employees but were just awfully discarded.

Cons

The changes happen so suddenly it was very stressful to keep up! Management does what's best for them and disregards us employees blatantly and has so much disrespect for us!

Cunning Management Silently Fires People They Can't Dominate or Control - Please Beware!

You will get to work on different types of projects here. It can be a decent learning experience if you are new to the industry.

Cons

The top management is cunning. They are biased and show favoritism. They fired people they couldn't control It was ridiculous. There was also tons of stress and pressure in achieving the goals. It was all mentally exhausting. I left to save my mental health.
