I have worked for FMH for almost 9 years and I am still happy here. Not only does the hospital own itself so it gets to make all its own decisions, but the team that runs our hospital try so hard to include our voices in it's decisions as well. They offer fun things for their staff like a food truck rally (with coupons to free food from the community food trucks brought to our hospital.) an outdoor BBQ (celebrating employees with employments longer than 3,5,10 etc years), or the family fun day that includes feeding all the families that come from the hospital. FMH is also fair about how mistakes are made and how we can work through them instead of faulting people for them. I have great benefits and the foundation tries really hard to keep us happy. This place is a home for me and the teamwork I have seen here is better than any job I have had.

I have been working with the company for four years. I started working as a temporary employee and became permanent in less than a year. Coworkers are patient focused and supportive. Management encourages personal growth and goals within the company. The ability to transfer within the company is a bonus. There are always company events and causes that help you feel a part of the Foundation Health culture.
