Pros

My family and I relocated here from the East Coast to start a new adventure with FHP; they never left our side through the whole process and have made a huge difference in our transition. So excited for my future at Fairbanks Memorial.

Cons

Nothing negative to say- they have given me a new career and also a great town to call home!

Pros

I love working at First Care- we work so well as a team. We have a variety of patients so it never gets boring. We have great fun and laugh a lot.

Cons

The clinic is open later hours, as well as weekends. While that is good for patients, the schedule is less appealing to many and we have a more frequent turnover than many of the others provider's offices.

Pros

Leaving a state government position after ten years of service I have no regrets coming onboard to FMH. There is a very clear Mission and Vision that the leadership promotes daily. The HR team that helped with my package and relocation were friendly, prompt and professional. The Administration holds themselves as well their leaders accountable to the Mission and Vision of FHP. My first six months here have been an extremely positive experience.
