Pros

Co-workers become family. While you may have family away from you and located across the United States, like myself, your coworkers become your support and family, always looking out for you and being there for you when you need it. Support and encouragement is given daily, making you the best you can be, empowering you to strive for your best, and if you back step, they keep pushing you to keep going without judgement. For me, they have filled a void where my family has left off due to their location, my coworkers make me feel complete and accepted. I am truly grateful to have this opportunity.

Cons

I have not found anything wrong. I am very happy to be working here.

Great place to work!

Pros

I get to work in a variety of athletic training settings, including high school and semi-professional sports as well as clinical. Its a very well rounded position so you don't get burned out on one thing too quickly. Foundation Health offers great incentives to get employees to Fairbanks. I was already sold on the job, and the incentives were just a plus! They really know how to take care of employees and value them as individuals. My grandmother passed away approx. 2 months after I started here, resulting in me having to leave for the lower 48 for over a week. Vacation was donated to me by my peers and I am so grateful. I love working here.

Cons

The only con about this job is that I am far away from my family, but they know I am the adventurous one and we find many ways to stay in touch!
