Pros

Average wage among callcenters in Bogotá, days off are given easily most of the times, also working from home is very smooth

Cons

When a campaign you're in closes, they do everything to put you at a tough spot so you quit and they don't pay the indemnisation. They make you sign to give up your sunday premium and change it for the week day they set as your weekend, that way you work every sunday without the legal extra payment you should receive.

Pros

Good atmosphere and very friendly. People from every countries and culture are working there. Great training.

Cons

Some people working there are racist. Mostly, women from Nigeria or around that area are little bit racist towards Asians. I have seen that.
