I have been working for Bethpage FCU for over 17 years now. Bethpage has allowed me to grow professionally and personally. I started out as a teller and have had many promotions along the way. I have been in my current position as Branch Manager for 9 years now. I couldn't be any happier. Bethpage allows me to have the work life balance I need in order to be great Mother to my two children. I am thankful to be a part of the Bethpage Family.

Bethpage has a large focus on work life balance, they both have to have to be a priority. Executives and VP's who know the team. Where else do you have a CEO who knows individuals all across the organization. -Continued training and education -Job Opportunities and Growth - Gym Membership compensation $60 dollars a quarter -weight watchers -Tuition reimbursement for both undergrad(any) and grad( major needs to be relevant to the business in some way- HR, Business, etc) - Paid Vacation/Sick/Personal days -Insurance- Health/Life/Dental/Eye/Pet -We have monthly luncheons and we tend to order food a lot. we joke around that that's why they pay for weight watchers, because they feed us so much!
