Working at Bethpage FCU is better than I could have ever imagined! All employees including management care equally about the employee experience and member experience, which is what makes this company amazing to work for. There are also countless opportunities to learn and grow to a higher position, and management will help you get there! I have only been working for the company for 6 months now, but can see myself starting a career with Bethpage.

Bethpage truly cares about their employees. They give you every opportunity to develop and grow within the company, and they help you achieve your career goals. Bethpage also offers many incentives, between bonuses, clubs, sports, fitness and tuition reimbursement, and many more!

Cons

The job can be busy, and our members have high expectations because they know the service level we are able to deliver, but each department works as a team and it makes each day as manageable as it can be.
