Cons

about 5 years behind in banking technology. Credit policies are stunted. most of the staff lack the skillset to be successful. Geographically: Situated in a government brownfield. Lost 4 team members to cancer.

Great 401k, great team environment, great products, power pay yearly bonus.

Cons

Success is dependent entirely on how many checking accounts and loans you managed to sell. If you plan to get full time, you need to be pretty damn good at selling checking accounts. If management doesn't like you, they will fudge your review score to prevent you from getting your yearly bonus. Got coached for stuff I didn't do.
