Can be a good place to work or start your career

Pros

Friendly co-workers and management can be encouraging when it comes to learning more or applying for other positions within your department or the company.

Cons

Micro-managing of branch managers from district managers or regional managers. This can be very stifiling when trying to run your own branch. Also. once you are in management, rooom for growth is limited.

I can't think of one. You get free food sometimes.

Cons

Everything is a knee jerk reaction,No plan, they want to double their size every 5 years but they don't like to hire people. They have outsourced other departments. Listen to your employees, you are going to have service issues and quality issues if you continue on this path.

Incredible employee benefits, plenty of self development options, pay is pretty decent after compensation study, CEO is a wonderful woman who wants to see the entire organization succeed together

Cons

senior management below CEO is shady, too many operational changes with little to no support, hard to grow with company if you don’t know the right people, managers promoted who lack experience, professionalism, and the ability to develop their direct reports
