Pay is better than other local credit unions

Cons

forced to put up with some very inappropriate behavior from members they make it seam like its all about member service in training but once you get on the floor its all about how many checking accounts you can open and how many members you can get in and out at many times it felt like back office jobs were reserved for friends and family of influential employees

I have been with Bethpage for 10 years now and I couldn't be happier. Bethpage treats all of their employees with kindness and provides every opportunity for advancement. I started as a PT teller in college and I have worked my way up the ranks and have a career for myself. Not only are there advancement opportunities, but they listen and utilize employee feedback in decisions. Plus there are so many sponsored events to help employees socialize, like paint nights and sports teams. I would definitely recommend Bethpage to anyone looking for a friendly and caring work environment.

Bethpage is a great place to work! It’s rare these days that you experience an employer that takes the feedback from employees and actually does something with it! They do what they say, which is Enriching Lives because we care. It is so important to be a good employer, and equally important to be a great credit union. The members are the people who are the heart of Bethpage and the employees are the family that strives to do what’s right for the members. Anyone can join Bethpage! Become an employee, you will love it. Bethpage is one of the best places to work if you want to have wonderful training, and career development. It may not be a very big place, but they will develop you to be the best you can be and more.
