- Flexible work timings : You can come whenever you want to. Nobody asks you when do you come, when do you go. - No Hierarchy : There is no hierarchy. You can talk to whoever you want. It doesn't matter whether you talk to some product manager, some senior developer or Founder. They believe in openness. - No Deadlines - Sense of Ownership : You get to work on things that never have been done. Everyday is new foray into some complex problem. People respect your work. - Family : You will feel like that you are a part of very big family where people lookout for each other. - Last but not least, I would like to mention foosball, tabletennis, maggis for having fun if you are not in mood of work.

- Since company gives you freedom. There is a huge chance that you are not said to work. The person must be self motivated and self driven.
