I have worked at United for 16 years and I can honestly tell you United Hospital System values their employees and offer great opportunities for professional growth and development. UHS provides high quality care to their patients and employs talented staff. We have a great TEAM!!

Cons

I really miss the family picnics. They were so much fun!

Cons

Many job seekers in the community are uninformed about all that United has to offer. I think it is important to work for an organization with a strong financial stability with such a long-standing community history. United strives to be a healthcare employer of choice within the community in addition to providing exceptional care to our patients.

Pros

United Hospital System is big on promoting you up thru the system if you work hard. Everyone I work with loves their job, and management is very supportive. They offer competitive wages and increases every year that out shine other hospitals in the area. UHS is also financially sound and 100% debt free. I enjoy coming to work everyday, and I feel like we are one big family here with employees and managers that have been with United Hospital System for 30, 40 and 50+ years!

Cons

I can't think of any cons to complain about
