Hours ,no paid holidays , lower pay than what I’m worth, can’t make plans to see family, the schedule, playing favorites, always going for working harder instead of smarter insurance ok but deductible is ridiculous for one person

Froedtert South includes holiday pay in the Paid Time Off Bank because many of our employees care for patients on the holidays and therefore we want to be fair to everyone and still allow all employees to take time off. United Hospital System is a great place to work with dedicated staff that are committed to the Kenosha community and beyond. In addition to being nonprofit throughout the year there are many fund raising opportunities that support the community.

Cons

I have no cons to share, as my experiences have been very positive.
