-Pretty high pay for really basic work AFTER you make it out of sales -Super good benefits -Union Position

Cons

-Management were all hired through nepotism so none of them know the job at all creating an environment where management asks for the world with out realizing they are. -Schedules vary on your seniority, Currently under a hiring freeze so get cozy at the bottom -Complacent employees mean you all get paid to do the same work but it's obvious some people do next to nothing while others take on so much -No ladder to climb in my department. We have 2 positions and since there is a hiring freeze means no promotions either.

There are some concerns that the company is not upgrading their network and is not able to offer a good product mix in all areas.
