Pros

Located in a beautiful facility, genuinely friendly atmosphere, the software has the potential to make an important impact on school districts. The Clients are wonderful and rely on Frontline's expertise

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership team is so vastly different from just a few years ago that the promising, valuable growth for the company has not been realized. The leadership team has turned over and changed to support a message that top line is more important than how we treat our people and clients as well as how we advance and sell the solution. So much infrastructure is missing and needed for this company to be great. It will not happen however with the current leadership team. Diversity at the top level is sorely needed.

Pros

This is definitely the best corporate job I have ever had. The company cares tremendously about work/life balance and their employees in general. The people on my team have become some of my closest friends, and my manager bends over backwards for us to make sure our voices are always heard. The company sends out internal surveys and not only analyzes every single piece of data - they actively work to improve on areas that did not receive the best scoring. I'm blown away by how much Frontline works to make sure we have an amazing environment.

Cons

We are a fast growing company, and sometimes I feel as though we are too focused on being the biggest and best out there. That can leave our client base feeling confused and less likely to have trust in the leaders of our company. Every decision that we make should be made with our clients in mind.
