Sales team is improving

Pros

- Transparent, fair leaders on the commercial account director side that take the time to care about the people and the customers. - Awesome customer base itself (our team sells into mid-market accounts and we have some of the biggest names in tech among our clientele). - Fantastic product.

Cons

- Team has recently gone through a reorganization to hunter/farmer and some people did not like which role they were assigned to. - Prior to this, there were some mass layoffs (reason being - the company raised $100M in funding in 2021 and hired like crazy just before the economic recession started, meaning newly hired people had to get let go and are now bitter).

Pros

- Very experienced sales leadership globally - Strong career growth potential - Continuous learning - Fantastic sales enablement tech stack - Good comp - Good product/market fit

Cons

- High pace, isn't for everyone - Work life balance leaves something to be desired, but this is expected at this stage of company's growth, but runs a risk of burnout - Hiring faster than they're supposed to, as most hyper growth companies do. Leaving sales under supplied in terms of leads and lower quota attainment
