Time tracking is simple Payments are always on time

Cons

No PTO or benefits. FSL decided to remove all benefits for contractors. Also no longer paying in USD, and instead using local currency. Management changes constantly.

- Hired as an employee - Asynchronous interview process

Cons

- No communication at all internally between the company, everyone is in their own world, you don't know what happen or who is who. - terrible review process - misscomunication with clients and CSM - They told that there is a bench but there is not ... - They prioritize more people in one client that defend you from any problem that may araise, they won't doubt in fire you - There is a little to no help if you need in your client, you're on your own - There is like 10 people in HR team, they didn't know between them what the updates were, every time you talked with one of them was a different story
