Challenging projects, Good team but their time management system sucks.

Pros

team mates are the best. You are able to ask them and they will help you on any trouble you could have. Projects are challenging and you will learn a lot. There are very experienced developer and they will support you on any trouble.

Cons

The time management system sucks. You need to report time for every simple task, add a brief description. At the first they don't look bad but then you will face that you need to to this same for 20 task or more per week. I have not problem to log time, but log for every single 1-2 hour task for separate is a pain. (be aware their task cant be longer than 2 hours, if it, you need to break task in less ones) you need to track separate each task.

Pros

Projects, clients, and teammates are exceptional, here you demonstrate your best skills. There are a variety of projects and technologies. Management is always present when you need help or guidance on your role. Tracking your time means you get paid for the work you do (including OT) to the second!

Cons

Under certain circumstances, tracking time becomes stressful

* Management does not pressure you to work OT to 'crunch' * Management works with you on career advancement * Get to work on a lot of different projects, with a lot great people * Get to work with different tech, no 2 projects are the same * Good offices and equipment * Good salary + paid for OT

Cons

* Sometimes management can be wrapped up in acquiring new projects and clients, and can be a little hands off. Which isn't a bad thing, but if you need help you better be vocal about it. * The team is spread out all across the America's, so time zones can be an issue sometimes
