- Freedom to choose when to take your time off - No micromanagement of employees - Competitive pay - Great Documentation and good processes, everything is explained and documented.

Cons

- Some clients hire you to work with one technology but push you to work with some other technologies you are not interested in learning.

- Your opinions are always heard - if you have personals issues you can always talk with HR team or Ivan that is the CEO in Colombia and they will try to help you - the customer is important, but they also care a lot about the employees, so they care if you feel ok in your project. if you do not like your project they will try to find you a need one - they have really good benefit in Colombia - The team have talented persons and if you are having issues with something you can post the issue in some channels and the team will try to help you - they pay extra hours - I was happy working here, the culture is nice

Cons

- they use time tracking which can be annoying for some people, but is the way they charge the clients and is also helpful to pay the extra hours. is really transparent about the extra hours because you have to enter it. In the beginning, could be hard, but you get used to it
