Pros

This company is well-structured, their processes are properly documented, it is clear how the relationship with clients is handled and there is a lot of communication with new developers as soon as they join the company and the onboarding process covers exactly all the necessary aspects of the daily tasks the new team member will encounter

Cons

The hiring process could be smoother, there are a lot of forms that need to be filled with a more-than-average amount of questions, this could be trimmed down a bit. You are asked for personal references when you join the company, my references mentioned that filling a simple google form for the would have been enough. Other than that the experience inside the company is just great

Pros

Competitive salary, nice workplace culture, nice opportunities to work with worldwide companies.

Cons

Maybe because it is a really fast-growing company, I feel like a little aside.

Pros

Great benefits and salary. You also have bonus pay if you're salaried. Hours are pretty flexible, and working remote is great. Back in March 2020 when covid was becoming a huge concern, they made sure we were doing ok financially. They also ensured that our jobs aren't at risk and we won't need to worry. They have high standards. Everything down to the pixel needs to be perfect, (this is how they get huge clients). You'll notice that these high standards push you to become a better developer. They have some extremely talented developers, and you learn a lot from them. If you're stuck on something, you're able to ask the entire FullStack Labs team for help, not just your project team. Employees are treated very well, especially the ones who take high ownership of their work. If your clients are happy, and the team is happy with your work, you'll be publicly recognized for your work.

Cons

Time tracking feels very tedious. It takes a while to get in the habit of it. In the end, it's how they bill clients to pay you. If you fail to take ownership of your work, expect your managers to get involved. This ties in with their high standards, everything turned into a client must be perfect. If you have trouble doing that, you'll be stressed working here but they give you plenty of chances to improve. After some time, these cons weren't an issue anymore, you just need to adjust to it.
