Pay is competitive, environment is relaxed as well. Remote work is a plus. You can learn a lot from different technologies in a short time.

Cons

Some clients are a nightmare, but for the most part they are chill.

Pros

FSL has a lot of clients, a lot of opportunities for the employee in different business. The management trust in the employees so I have not experiment micromanagement. "In case you finish your assignment with a client, FSL provides excellent support during the time you are without an assignment. Additionally, they offer Udemy courses as a benefit that you can take advantage of during this period.

Cons

I'm not quite clear on what and how the performance assessment is conducted.
