Working from Home good equipment (laptop, keyboards, etc) English Class Agile methodology (meetings only when it's needed) Interesting Projects Room to improve and add new skills

Cons

no complaints so far. one little thing could be as we are working from home would be nice to have events to interact with other employees. (sports event, social activities, etc )

This company is well-structured, their processes are properly documented, it is clear how the relationship with clients is handled and there is a lot of communication with new developers as soon as they join the company and the onboarding process covers exactly all the necessary aspects of the daily tasks the new team member will encounter

Cons

The hiring process could be smoother, there are a lot of forms that need to be filled with a more-than-average amount of questions, this could be trimmed down a bit. You are asked for personal references when you join the company, my references mentioned that filling a simple google form for the would have been enough. Other than that the experience inside the company is just great
