Pros

The company has dozens of clients, so everything will depend on the client that you are going to work for, there are good and bad clients. The company uses Deel for payments, that's a nice tool, you can send the money to your bank acccount, or to payonner, coinbase, many other options etc.

Cons

- Micromanagement - You need to use a toggle for tracking your time - You are just a number, they just want to make profit from your hour rate
