* Good communication overall * You know how to do a good job, and the feedback about it is fast and assertive. * You have space to learn about different technologies. * There are a lot of projects, so you can learn about different topics.

* The time management system may be hard to get used to at the start.

Pros

Overall, working at FullStack Labs has been a great experience. I got pushed outside my comfort zone and was able to learn a lot of new skills, both technical and non-technical. Management is very understanding of life outside of work.

Cons

There's a lot of process at FSL, and a lot of it boils down to hitting estimates, which are always arbitrary and difficult to get right. Also, using Toggl to track every minute of your day is kind of a nuisance, though you get used to it quite quickly.
