Pros

I've worked at Funraise for almost five years, and have loved growing alongside the company! Incredible culture, forward thinking leadership, purpose driven, great benefits, and remote. Working for a startup certainly has its challenges, but there is a lot of passion and heart in everything we do here. I'm constantly inspired by the work that is done, and it's rewarding seeing so many organizations thrive because of our technology and support.

Would be great to have a monthly stipend for co-working spaces!

It's a sales job, so just the day-to-day rejection, but that's expected

Pros

Great mission helping nonprofits! They offer a pretty good base pay and commission opportunity. While the commission payouts could be better, they're very competitive and uncapped. If you're a hard worker with drive to succeed and can manage your deals, you will be successful. Amazing work-life balance with unlimited PTO and flexible management to accommodate time off.

Cons

Outbound prospecting is somewhat tedious with some of the technologies and processes in place. The path to promotions isn't super clear or defined.
