Pros

Good base pay, that's about it.

Cons

high turnover, stress, micromanagement, treats employees like a number instead of a person, bad leadership, bad communication all around. Hired a bunch of people just to fire most of them within 2-4 months.

Pros

So many pros from the culture, to the remote work, benefits and time off - the work is also so innovative and amazing. It is truly fulfilling.

Cons

Work from home sometimes gets a bit lonely but they do the most they can to mitigate.

Pros

The people. Great community of people, lots of energy from leadership, lots of communication, and transparency from leadership.

Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility. Base pay was super low with promises of bonuses that we never hit because their goals were unrealistic and unattainable. My salary was 60k after almost 3 years of employment as a Customer Success Manager.
