Great Benefits with great pay

Cons

Micromanaging and upset customers yelling at you when you’re only trying to help them. When having health issues you have to have time to use or you get in trouble.

Night shift has better pay

Cons

Scheduling , management, unrealistic metrics. If EVERY customer does not rate you as excellent you fail, period. Cross sell to people suffering in a pandemic. Don’t go out on disability, the company hired to handle disability claims is a nightmare. They drop the ball and honestly could care less.
