Pros

The pay rate was great starting out.

Cons

It is very demanding. Back to back calls with no breathing room sometimes in between calls. A lot is thrown at customer service. They cross train customer service agents to handle additional tasks with no additional pay increases. Ex. Handling reissues & surge train for ers.

Pros

Pay for training to get insurance license, the test and finger printing Nice people Fun building Pay more for night and weekend Seems like a lot of potential to move around

Cons

They don't tell you up front about the numbers you have to meet in orientation They don't mention having to get home owners quotes as a vital part of the job Training could be longer to better equip you on the phones Sometimes the managers seem to be guessing like we do

There are aspects of the company which are good. Company lunches and flexible work hours

Cons

Micromanagement. The company does not teach you how to become a better insurance professional
