Leadership loves to communicate in business colloquialisms instead of saying what they mean.
GP Employees pay the price for Leadership's poor judgement by being overworked and/or terminated.
GP Clients pay the price through Leadership's poor judgement in project and cost overruns.
GP Business and Stockholders pays the price in Leadership's poor judgement through declining sales, unsatisfied customers and goals not being met.
There is no loyalty to employees especially when outrageous goals are formulated, yet not communicated properly and then implemented with no employee buy-in or participation resulting in unrealistic expectations. When those expectations are not met, Leadership takes no responsibility or ownership and casts the blame downward instead of upward.
