Global work, beautiful offices, interesting projects.

Cons

The Human Resources department is a dog eat dog environment, managed poorly and full of drama. You can be a top performer but if you don't fit in with the click, you will be pushed out.

Great colleagues, nice office environment

Cons

Never had a raise; salaries now frozen. Hours are being cut back due to declining client contracts, despite continued advertising for open positions. Employees are responsible for ensuring they have 40 hours of client work per week, which is assigned by management. If management doesn't assign you client work, you don't get paid, and are held responsible for being unproductive.

Pros

I worked in the Learning Solutions arm of this diversified company. Many of the instructional design staff have integrity and care about the products that they create.

Cons

This is a nasty place, to put it simply. The beancounters, working downward through middle management, force staff to do crap work that is destructive to projects and company credibility. Project managers want to do quality work but are stuck with trying to survive inside this meat grinder.
