Pros

15% employee discount, free subscribtion to Gameinformer magazine, 1 free strategy guide per month from both Prima/Brady games. Participation with reatailor loyalty sites, (I.E. Sony/Microsoft)

Cons

No consistancy within the company, messages are constantly wrong or information left out. Outdated stores/computer software. Not enough hours to properly staff store leaving stores dirty and not able to assist customers. Manadatory 6 day work weeks and the companies discrettion. Long periods of Vacation black out. For instance this year vacation was not allowed from July 1st-Aug16th, then again from black friday until further notice. Which will most likely be febuary.

Pros

A great place to work if you like video games. There are some employee benefits, the main one being that you can rent a game out for a couple days for free.

Cons

Sometimes, employees do not get the hours they want. Being organized is a never ending job and finding things can sometimes be frustrating.

Pros

Great company... Great Culture... Great people.

Cons

Big game titles require midnight product launches. Working the launches and then working the next morning can be a bit rough.
