Pros

Great job for gamers. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Weak management. No communication. Pressure to aggressively sell reservations and subscriptions. Corporate asks too much from managers while not giving enough hours to complete the goals established. Virtually no way to advance beyond a store manager.

Pros

Talk about games all day. Great people to work with. Every one hates corp. Learn about all the new stuff coming out from the reps that come in and tell you about it.

Cons

Corp doesn't know that this is retail and you need people on the floor to sell stuff to customers. Its all about numbers when it used to be about the customers. Turn over is high cause no one gets a second chance.
