1. The amount of hours you get are pretty terrible. Some employees say that the corporation saves money through payroll, this is very apparent.
2. Get on a manager's bad-sad and they have some dictation over your hours. ( depending on the manager and the amount of employees. Some managers would have no choice put to give you hours, others find a way to keep you at the bare minimum.)
3. Its really hard to move up. You have to ride it out against all the other employees and have better numbers in relation to the amount of hours you work. For example, you work 6 hours a week and you manage to get 4 game reservations and 2 game informer subs. You are responsible to out weigh the number of game informers than reservations. So its looks like your not really making any relations with customers which means your not providing enough information to the customer and thus not doing enough for the store . But if the numbers of reservations and subs were changed (4 subs and 2 reserves) than the report would show that you are performing at decent level. I might add the amount of transactions in relation to the amount of subs and reservation is important, if you get lower than double digit percentages in subs and/or reservation you are going to get a bad review.
