Pros
Talking about video games all day. The relationships you can build with customers. Easy to get promoted if determined.
Cons
Over tasked with no payroll. Lack in quality control of used product recieved from warehouse. They do not like to pay you for the real amount of time it takes to complete the workload . The pressure that they put on all levels of staff causes employees to be less of a team and out for themselves causing tension. When you make too much they fire you to cut you out of your bonus and improve their bottom line which boost upper managements (DM,RD, Market VP) annual bonus.
