Pros

good place to work if you want to move up. relatively stress free.

Cons

Low pay roll. Usually not enough coverage for breaks. Will strong arm you into taking positions at other stores. And if you don't, they'll find a way.

Pros

Good benefits, discounts and free stuff.

Cons

Stressful work environment. No positive reinforcement. Low compensation for responsibilities. When sales are down they give you more work to do rather than focus on customers.

Pros

Co-workers were nice, got lots of free gamer junk, and learned a lot. If you are great with customer service PLUS sells, its a good place to work.

Cons

Its retail, don't expect lots of hours or high raises. You have too many tasks to complete while you need to pay attention to customers. Focus is on Reserving games, selling membership card, and getting customers to sell merchandise back to the store. Its a lot to get through to each customer. No effort is ever good enough and rewards for hard work do not come often.
