Pros
Fun working environment. You get paid to talk about video games with people. Nice employee discount. Benefits for both full and part time employees are very good. Game check out program saves you a lot of money and makes it so you can know your product better. The company does it's best to evolve with the industry. If you work hard, and follow policy, you will get promoted.
Cons
Very high pressure sales. Not a good place to work if you can't handle this. Unless you are management, chances are you won't be steadily employed. Very little hours are available to go around to part timers. For the type of performance they want, they really do pay very little. Fairly high turnover rate in management. Inconsistent employee coaching system - seems very arbitrary at times.
