      Pros

      - (At my site) most of the people are supportive, friendly and easy to deal with. I made a lot of friends out of my coworkers. Had a lot of fun time, definitely much more than I'd expect. Very nice HR and some other teams to help you - (At my site) not too much drama or toxic working environment that you have to live under pressure. I feel chill - No racism or descrimination. I can see some people are making things up and complaining about being "descriminated". If you see how busy the people are here, you know there's no way people would even have time to discriminate you. Please have some self-esteem and stop blaming others for things they never did. If you feel discriminated, you can always speak up, instead of leaving misinformation behind a screen as a excuse of your L's. - (For me) Decent pay. Not comparable to huge corps but definitely not too cheap - Have fun learning bio tech stuff if you are interested - Good work and life balance. Never felt pressured even after work

      Cons

      - Your experience may heavily depends on your department and manager - Working with different departments in different time zones and different languages may slow your work down - You probably will struggle everytime when it comes to budget for anything - Some managers are hard to work with

      Pros

      1)Fast-paced growth with tangible career advancement: The company offers a clear path for high performers. I've seen fresh graduates promoted to supervisor or manager roles within just 1-2 years based on merit and strong results. 2) Continuous learning in a dynamic field: Genscript job may provide exposure to cutting-edge trends in biomedical research and opportunities to develop practical business skills. A unique perk is the chance to collaborate with industry leaders whose names you might otherwise only read about. 3)A genuinely supportive and friendly culture: Colleagues are nice and helpful, a collaborative spirit that stems from the company's start-up roots. This creates an environment where people are invested in each other's success. 4) Competitive and improving benefits package: Time Off: 12 vacation days (after 1 year of service), 2 floating holidays, 2 personal days, and 5 sick days. Health Insurance: A strong plan is offered. Notably, the company contributes $2,000 to your Health Savings Account (HSA) if you select that option.

      Cons

      1)The workload is heavy, no surprise there – but that’s pretty much the norm in this industry and economy. You really have to be ready to put in the hours. 2)Pay isn’t the most competitive, especially if you’ve been here a few years. It’s something people do notice and talk about. 3) Working globally comes with real challenges. You’ll be coordinating with teams and clients across time zones—like calls with the West Coast or late-night meetings with Asia. and the toughest part is often the cultural gaps, whether it’s between the U.S. and Asia or across different parts of the business (like research, commercial, and production). It takes some getting used to, and everyone feels it in their own way.
