Health Insurance is somewhat ok if you choose the highest option. Free lunch options though limited. Cafeteria is decent and free snacks are available. Salary is paid on time. (Yes this is a pro because I can't even think about other pros). On average the colleagues are nice.

Cons

Extremely chaotic and toxic Chinese company culture even if you encountered a good boss of your department because they are under the pressure of their bosses. Essential jobs are distributed to Chinese Expats. Extremely high turnover rate due to high stress and most hirings are contract roles. The high stress environment will affect you eventually.

-some really great people who are slowly being run out.

Cons

Micromanaging and unreleastic expectations are the norm. Non Chinese employees are treated differently. They have given leadership roles to people who are power hungry and treat other with disrespect.
