      Pros

      any fresh biology grad can get a job here; anyone with working experience in an established pharma/biotech can get a management position here; Synthetic genes are easy to sell and therefore job is very secure.

      Cons

      Unless you are at management level, the work load is going to kill you. Low salary. No benefit. Your life quality pretty much depends on your spouse. If you are in the commercial team, just don't fool yourself that you are good at selling. For this company, essentially people come to buy.
