Free lunch, although options are limited and it's usually cold by the time you're allowed to step out of the lab to eat.

Cons

Management does not care about you. HR does not care about you. Employees come and go, and they do not listen to their employees. We were routinely assigned work over our stated capacity and all pleas fell on deaf ears. Work here if you need to get your foot in the door, but get out as soon as you find a better job.

GenScript does offer growth opportunities and compensations & Benefits for a lot of areas, such as travel. The culture is fantastic as well. GenScript emphasis on diversity, as a result many talent people joined in. The senior management is super nice and very professionally.

Cons

As working remotely, it is hard to balance your work and life.

The management team truly listens to their employees, appreciates their hard work, and values their contributions. It is refreshing to be a part of a company that fosters a positive and supportive work environment. I feel motivated and inspired each day, knowing that my efforts are recognized and appreciated. I couldn't ask for a better place to work!
