      Pros

      It used to be management, however they got rid of all of the personable and genuine managers and autonomy.

      Cons

      micromanagement, work like balance is poor, poor organization and management, high turnover of staff. Filling positions with unqualified staff to keep salaries low.

      Pros

      Patients and caregivers I had the opportunity to help, I admire their grace and strength during the most difficult of times. They are inspiring.

      Cons

      I received poor orientation. Extremely toxic environment. Poor organization, lack basic supplies for nurses for their patients, patient to nurse ratio high and high turn over among nursing staff. Save yourself the trouble of trying to make situation better. It won't improve until they hire professionals to lead with compassion.
