Pros
The company has something special I think with its culture. I think I would say that it has a lot of potential if it makes good choices and business now. I like my coworkers. They are having us market which I am using for networking opportunities and meeting my peers.
Cons
They hired a lot of people/therapists and then were not credentialed with insurance companies which has a lot of people just sitting around with no direction. They want people to market which a lot of us were not hired for. So some of my coworkers have done well and some just do nothing. It would have been more beneficial business wise to get credentialed and the bugs worked out and then hired people for jobs. I do view this company as a great opportunity just needs more direction and oversight.
