Pros

Uh, not sure. The campus can be pretty. I don’t have to work outside working hours.

Cons

The pay is really bad, which is why they don’t post their salaries. Very inefficient operations. Terrible job posting are vague about responsibilities for a reason. Rat and roach sightings. Deteriorating buildings in main campus. Obsessed with buying new buildings despite declining enrollment. Adverse to technology, in the administration and teaching space.

Pros

There are not many pros to working outside possible networking events.

Cons

Staff shortage has resulted in taking on more responsibility with an already low salary range. Parents and senior administrators are very demanding but offer little to no resources.
