great benefits especially for those hoping to return to school, was often a very relaxing and comfortable work environment, great work environment for current students, great place to network

Cons

Sometimes the environment can be boring, depending on your department the stress level might be higher, not the best place for career advancement, some of the students you may encounter come from privilege and feel entitled
