Great work life balance, holiday time (includes nearly 2 wks at Christmas), 401k & tuition reimbursement (if you get in/it’s more competitive for employees).

Cons

The pay isn’t competitive as compared to DC salaries. Faculty and staff treated differently (but better fairness than peer institutions).
